hormones that helped change your body in the first place will assist you in making the opposite changes. Your
metabolic rate will be higher, even more so if breastfeeding and other hormones are produced in an attempt to
promote the healing and recovery process.
Immediately
after pregnancy, your body is primed to lose weight and firm up again, but you must harness this power. It is
possible with a little planning to get in to much better shape than you were before you became
pregnant.

is to work out a program that includes the essential components to your recovery: -
Setting some
realistic time framed goals can be a great way to keep you motivated and on track. They should be realistic and
not too aggressive. Don’t radically cut down on calories and don’t exercise excessively, a gentle structured
walking program should be enough for the first 8 weeks.
